The world of fashion is always changing and as we near the end of another year and wave goodbye to another series of fashion weeks; I couldn't help but wonder and notice just how there a few mens designer specialists who have stood the test of time, continued to prove their worth and are still, after years; catering to men everywhere.
There are numerous mens fashion design labels on the market that are brave, witty and experimental but for me, what sticks out the most are the labels that don't fall to such 'societal demands' but instead, continue to provide quality, simplicity and what I personally believe to be a real sense of fashion.
As a keen fashion and designer menswear enthusiast I could create a list of my favourites that would quite simply be a mile long but instead I have attempted to stick to three that can be found on our own site and that for me, embody real mens fashion through and through...
· Armani- Having been around since 1974, Armani has continued to prove its worth in both mens and womens fashion. The mens Armani Jeans collection has remained one of the most popular menswear collections of all time and there is no surprise as to why. From quality knitwear to those signature jeans, Armani proves time and time again why it deserves to be in the top spot.
· Paul Smith- A legendary and true British designer, the Paul Smith collection embodies classic, quality mens clothing at its best. The designer is renowned for many of its collection including Paul Smith London and Paul Smith Jeans, not to mention the highly adorned accessories collection with that distinctive striped pattern. Paul Smith is definitely one of mens fashion leaders.
· Hugo Boss- It wouldn't be a list about mens fashion without the legendary Hugo Boss. Whether it is casual, smart or even dinner wear, the Boss label has something to cater for every man's needs. There is Boss Black, Green and Orange that all boast a variety of serious, quality clothing- it is safe to say that Hugo Boss really does cater to all.
The above are my top picks from the world of mens fashion. These are designers who have stood the test of time and continued to provide quality and sheer style in every new collection they launch and all without giving in to the latest, greatest craze.
